Whether your goal is to build flight hours for entry into the airlines or seek a career in flight training, we invite you to join our team and expand your aviation horizons.  Kāpiti Aero Club has operated for over 25 years, with many of our instructors going on to successful careers with Merlin Labs, Sounds Air, JetStar, Air New Zealand and Cathay Pacific.

We always love to hear from aspiring C Category instructors (either under direct supervision or out of supervision) or A/B Category instructors who would like to join our team. We seek instructors who stand tall in example, expertise, communication and teamwork skills. Drop us a line to see what positions are available.
